The Microtech Scarab II Gen III is a heavy-duty dual-action OTF knife designed for demanding applications. Updated in 2023, the Gen III retains the iconic size and rugged styling of the Scarab II while introducing several innovative improvements for enhanced performance and reliability.

Its dual-fuel drivetrain features a dual-spring system that delivers powerful and consistent blade deployment, while the redesigned button pocket reduces friction and helps displace debris, minimizing the need for frequent maintenance. The robust chassis features traction inserts, Torx screw construction, a glass breaker, and a practical pocket clip.
