The PratiKO series was developed through a collaboration between Michele Massaro and Due Cigni, with the goal of creating a functional and reliable working knife for everyday use in modern kitchens.
The 14.8 cm blade is crafted from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel (HRC 55–57) and features a satin finish. The black G10 handle provides a secure and comfortable grip for daily use.
