This knife called "jeans knife" was made in the 80's in Maniago, Italy. It is sure a pretty hard find. The opening system is like a butterfly but you can not flip it because it is very stiff and must be opened manually. The tang stamp read " STAINLESS ITALY". It is in mint condition.
