You can return unwanted goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any specific reason. Ship them back to us in an unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The time period starts with your receipt of the goods. Shipping the goods or the request for return on time is sufficient to observe this deadline.
In this case you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
If you received free shipping with your order and knifeshop.com is not at fault a charge of shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The charge within Austria is 5 Euro, within the EU is 12 Euro and other parts of the world can be up to 40 Euros depending how much the shipment costs were.
In case knifeshop.com is at fault, if we sent the incorrect product, size or color or the product is damaged or faulty then you should contact knifeshop.com Online Shop within 14 days after your receipt of the goods. We will need you to ship the product back to us and we will refund your shipping expenses.
We do not accept freight collect. We will refund the regular expenses for return shipments. For return shipments please choose the most inexpensive shipping rates (most likely Priorty Mail with tracking number). Returned goods can be refunded in full for the purchasing price or can be exchanged for a product of same value or as part payment of a more expensive product(s). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If you order products from our website for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note that incidental taxes and customs duties for shipments to countries outside of the European Union (EU) are non-refundable.
